We're looking for a Relationship Assistant (4 Month FTC) to join our team in Cannes as part of our City Relations Team.


Your Role:

You will work alongside our commercial, client and event teams to grow relationships with clients and suppliers, and provide local insight for the Lions Festival of Creativity in Cannes.

You will bring knowledge and skill in the events production industry and have a strong background in client services and are used to working in a sales driven environment.


To be successful in this role you will need to be fluent in English and French and be based in the South of France (between Cannes and Nice) with good knowledge of the local market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring: Leading monitoring research by collecting the information about customer events organised during the festival and logging the data with accurate details, as well as checking client registrations and overall festival engagement and reporting problematic clients to the team
  • Event services: Assisting commercial operations and clients with the organisation of City events, from brief stage to event delivery
  • Suppliers: Ongoing research of new suppliers and venues, updating our database and recommendation lists in order to expand our current offering and meet our always evolving customers' needs
  • Admin: Supporting the team's various internal processes
  • Onsite: Assisting clients and teams onsite at the Festival with last minute requests and solutions, ensuring events run smoothly
  • You will be a connector, working hard to ensure people and projects are not inadvertently siloed or silenced.


Your Experience- Fluent in both French and English- You have knowledge and skills in relationship management and the events services industry.- A strong background in client services with exceptional customer service skills- Creative, curious and detail oriented.

- You will be used to working with various teams assisting in numerous projects- You work well under pressure and within restricted timelines- You know how to prioritise and manage difficult situations effectively_- Ideally you will have experience with G Suite including gmail, Google calendar and Google meet
