- Master Degree / Engineering Degree
- Experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pre-Construction
- Participates in the contract strategy by providing technical expertise, to design the RFP and the scope of work packages for EPC firms
- Participates in the EPC call for tender, negotiation, and final selection of subcontractors
- Collaborates with design and engineering teams to ensure construction plans are in accordance with design specifications.
- Reviews design drawings and engineering deliverables from EPC contractors to prioritize critical areas requiring further analysis
- Sets up the project execution team
- Onboards the contractors and oversees the procurement of long lead time items and material
- Manages the Request for Information and Change Management processes for incoming design change requests
Construction
- Manages hierarchically onsite construction managers (in growing countries in one's scope)
- Monitors construction phase progress in terms of schedule, quality, costs, and risks
- Applies and ensures compliance with TTE's H3SE policy
- Provides the Owner's representative and/or Asset Manager with all the required inputs for JV/SPV board meetings (if applicable)
- Follows up the coordination with EPC contracts and equipment vendors (to ensure adherence to and compliance with contract terms and delivery of contractual deliverables), management and definition of mitigation plan
- In coordination with Project Development, Facilitates legal approval and authorization of permits, as well as conformity to the mode of operations
Commissioning
- Oversees the commissioning schedule, budget and quality control, conducting onsite inspections as needed, and coordinating with subcontractors' engineers
- Prepares the asset handover to operations (O&M Manager) including all project's related data and a list of closed reservations and remaining minor reservations to the Asset Manager
Continuous improvement
- Capitalizes projects' construction experience feedbacks by collecting, organizing and filing all project documentation, both internally and for external thirdparty stakeholders
- Assists with the development and implements internal operating policies, standards and procedures for Construction

- REN is Total Energies' Division in charge of the development, construction, O&M, asset management and financing of renewable projects : large and small scale (distributed generation) solar, onshore and offshore wind, offgrid energy, storage.
- Its strategic objective is to accumulate 35 GW by 2025, 100 GW of operational renewables by 2030 (end of April 2023 baseline: 18,2 GW)
- Given this ambitious growth agenda, the rapid pace of operations, and the regular changes, agility and fastlearning are imperatives:
- To deliver the objectives of top management
- To continue capturing market opportunities
- To hone our innovation capacities
- While industrializing processes and streamlining our organization
