Context Presentation:
AXA XL is recruiting an Underwriting Assistant (M/F) for the Property / Construction areas. AXA XL is the division of AXA dedicated to insuring large enterprises and specialty risks.

Our teams design targeted solutions to cover the risks, from the most common to the most complex, of our clients.

We are committed to helping them anticipate, prepare for, and prevent losses or mitigate their impact, and to quickly recover when a loss occurs.

As an Underwriting Assistant, your role will involve:

Providing efficient and high-quality management support for underwriting activities.
Managing contracts from start to finish, from issuing contractual documents/premiums to monitoring reinsurance.
Promoting AXA XL services and management offerings to our clients/brokers.

What will be your responsibilities?

Calculate expected revenue projections in collaboration with underwriting.
Ensure efficient and accurate calculation and issuance of insurance/reinsurance premiums.
Ensure the issuance of contractual documents in compliance with the latest legal directives, underwriting/management rules, and ensure their filing and tracking in the dedicated document management tool.
Act as the primary point of contact for our clients/brokers and respond promptly to their inquiries.
Collaborate with various departments and participate in internal/external meetings.
