Responsibilities:


  • Reporting to the Team Leader, you participate in the operation of the Production lines according to the priorities defined by the team leader or his replacement.
  • As such, you:
  • Ensure strict compliance with the manufacturing process and the given production standard, according to the Process Information Sheet (FIP) and at all stages (lines, spinning, etc.).
  • Intervene technically on the various manual processes (change of filters, change and wiping of packs, change of boards, etc.) and provide first level maintenance and monitoring of measuring tools.
  • Carry out rounds on the production line (s) to look for major defects: delamination, needling lines, marbling, soft edges, commas, reversals... and adjust the identified parameters 'grammage, iso, thickness, hardness, etc.).
  • Take part in cleaning the production line (s) (scarf, grille, carpet, windy castle, etc.).
  • Report their interventions to the Team Leader or line manager Fill in the specific reports and documents required for production and ensure the traceability of the operations carried out.

Qualifications:


  • Holder of a technical diploma (mechanics, electrical engineering, plastics, etc.).
  • You have significant experience in Autonomous production line management and specifically in a technical environment (mechanics, ideally oriented plastics or têxtiles).
