Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide local and remote desktop support.
- Document solutions in a ticketing system.
- Coordinate issue resolution with supervisors.
- Perform Break Fix, fault diagnosis, and resolution.
- Work with vendors on AV issues.
- Communicate timely updates on issue status.
- Basic Mac OS knowledge for Apple PC support.
- Maintain printers and computer hardware.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and remedial repairs.
- Use diagnostic tools for network and workstation issues.
- Understand IT fundamentals (Networks, Servers, Audio/Visual, Smart Devices, Telecoms).
- Adapt to a projectbased environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- CompTIA A+, Micro
- 23 years of IT experience.
- Proficient in Windows, Active Directory, GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware, antivirus solutions, and Helpdesk ticketing.
- Mobile device management (IOS, Android), encryption solutions.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- Adaptability to a changing industry and work environment.
- Willingness to work offhours and weekends for projects or emergencies.
Job Types:
Full-time, Contract
Salary: 3,000.00€ - 3,500.00€ per month
