Description

Responsibilities:


  • Provide local and remote desktop support.
  • Document solutions in a ticketing system.
  • Coordinate issue resolution with supervisors.
  • Perform Break Fix, fault diagnosis, and resolution.
  • Work with vendors on AV issues.
  • Communicate timely updates on issue status.
  • Basic Mac OS knowledge for Apple PC support.
  • Maintain printers and computer hardware.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and remedial repairs.
  • Use diagnostic tools for network and workstation issues.
  • Understand IT fundamentals (Networks, Servers, Audio/Visual, Smart Devices, Telecoms).
  • Adapt to a projectbased environment.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • CompTIA A+, Micro
- soft Certified Professional (MCP) or better.

  • 23 years of IT experience.
  • Proficient in Windows, Active Directory, GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware, antivirus solutions, and Helpdesk ticketing.
  • Mobile device management (IOS, Android), encryption solutions.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Adaptability to a changing industry and work environment.
  • Willingness to work offhours and weekends for projects or emergencies.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract


Salary: 3,000.00€ - 3,500.00€ per month
