Job Description:


Join an International and dynamic team playing a central role by steering and monitoring online Performance for Europcar Mobility Group Urban Mobility portfolio & a set of countries.

Reporting directly to the Head of Direct Sales, you will join a team of 5 people and your main missions would be to:

Ensure online Revenue growth across EMG Urban Mobility Brands & Product portfolio:

  • Ensuring Ecommerce targets are met, monitoring and steering performance by Brand/Product.
  • Acting as a Hub between the Urban Mobility and Ecommerce teams. Ensuring the prioritisation and business specification for functional evolution & performance improvement for EMG mobility brands/products.
  • Develop and execute a Business and Communication Digital Marketing plan to achieve budget and business goals in a competitive digital ecosystem aligned with the stakeholders and countries.
  • Optimise, aligned with Digital Marketing function, the investment to increase our ROI.
  • Identify and propose Ecom Best Practices, aligned with the Digital Product Ecom function, throughout the digital platforms and digital customer journey.

Lead the Promotional plan for Urban Mobility product/brands:

  • Define and implement a promotional plan for corporate countries supporting the growth of EMG Urban Mobility solutions.
  • Coordinate the global & local Promotional roadmap with group & country stakeholders.
  • Report and analyse offers results.

Manage Country Ecom Managers from a set of countries, providing them with coaching, expertise and guidance,

  • Ensuring Country targets are achieved/beat.
  • Acting as a hub between their Countries of responsibility and the Ecom & D2B team.
  • Lead weekly ecommerce business calls with countries, identifying any risk or opportunities and defining Action Plans to mitigate/leverage on those.
  • Organise regular ecommerce Country Manager Meetings to share best practices and Ecommerce group strategy.
