  • Purpose :

  • Contributes to the HFM / Planning Europe / Planning Groupe reporting process, the completeness of the HFM database (HFM is the Group consolidation tool– Hyperion Financial Management)
  • Contributes to the production by the Financial Control team of the list of mandatory reporting dashboards and reports to issue on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Contributes to the production of supports and reports necessary to the Financial Communication on a quarterly basis
  • Backs-up of the financial controlling Director in the production of analyzes for top management and financial communication
  • Areas of Responsibilities :

  • Ensures the Group reporting's completeness, timeliness and accuracy (HFM / Planning databases) for actual, forecast and budget reportings for its scope
  • Is in charge of the preparation of dashboards & reports prepared at Group level
  • Contributes to the synthesis and analysis of financial information to provide a precise, clear and consistent view of performance indicators
  • Uses modelization tool of reporting system to challenge forecast figures reported by Business Groups
  • Contributes to the continuous improvement / development of quicker and more automated / more secure reports (retrieves, dashboards, PBI reports...) to automatize Financial control reporting production and analysis
  • Provide support to Business Group controllers in the articulation of the management financial information, the format of the business reviews,
  • Use of BI / Power BI in relation to business requirements and to deploy new reporting and dashboards
  • Acts as a partner of the financial controlling Director for complex analyzes (EBITDA brige, Long Term Incentive Plan calculation, ...)
  • Profile :

  • Fluent in French, English
  • Previous experience in auditing is preferred
  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience

  • Agility with & "taste for" : figures (a lot of tables and a lot of figures in this job ), Excel (the daily companion ), as well as for ERP / IT tools (BI, database retrieve tools, ...), PBI
  • Work experience with databases and retrieves in a reporting/controlling department is a plus
  • Excel skills are a must (vlook up, pivot tables, VBA macro, ...)
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and ability to present with efficiency information and datas
  • Power BI and other BI skills would be highly valued
  • IFRS Accounting and management accounting knowledge at a moderate level
  • General knowledge of Finance (hedging, cash management, financing markets, credit management...)
