Candia appartient au groupe Sodiaal, qui rassemble une communauté de éleveurs et de collaborateurs. 1ère coopérative laitière française, Sodiaal collecte et valorise le lait de ses éleveurs sur l'ensemble de ses 70 sites de transformation en France. N°1 du lait de consommation et N°2 du beurre en France, Candia est à l'origine d'initiatives novatrices sur son marché : bouteille UHT, laits infantiles, briques à bouchon, produits enrichis... Aujourd'hui, avec 7 sites industriels et 1500 collaborateurs, Candia commercialise 1.8 milliard de litres de lait, tonnes de beurre, 35 millions de litres de crème, réalisant ainsi 1,6 Milliard d'euros de chiffre d'affaires. Sodiaal est un Groupe handi-accueillant.Rattaché au service Recherche et Développement, tu accompagnes les ingénieurs packaging dans leur quotidien sur nos produits Laitiers (Lait / Beurre / Crème). Missions : * Tu participes aux projets d'innovations et/ou de rénovations pour rendre nos emballages circulaires et 100 % recyclables : écoconception , réduction des poids, utilisation de ressources renouvelables . Pour cela, tu rédiges des briefs packaging , recherche des solutions techniques et/ou de fournisseurs , teste ces nouveaux emballages sur lignes de conditionnement et auprès de nos consommateurs . * Tu réalises de la gestion de projets packagings simples (modifications d'emballages existants, activités promotionnelles) * Tu contribues au projet de refonte des plans d'impressions CANDIA * Tu participes à la mise à jour de la base de données packaging (spécifications techniques , cahiers des charges emballages) * Tu es en charge de la veille concurrentielle packaging et mets en place un bulletin de veille packaging
Profil : De Formation Bac +4/5 Ingénieur généraliste ou spécialisation packaging , tu as des connaissances en emballage. Tu maîtrises le PackOffice et tu as une bonne communication écrite et orale. Motivé par le travail en équipe , tu es organisé, rigoureux, autonome et tu as un bon sens du relationnel.
