We are looking for a Program Buyer Apprentice to join our team**Our
STELLANTIS Business Group activity is looking for a
Program Buyer Apprentice Job for its R&D based in Méru (50 min from Paris Gare du Nord).

The mission will last
13 months,
ideally from 01/09/2023**The Program Buyer is responsible for managing interface between program and suppliers for a Stellantis program, in coordination with the Program Purchasing Leader or other program buyers.

The role of the Program Buyer is to select and pilot suppliers from the agreed supplier panel in order to achieve Program objectives.

The Program Buyer belongs to the core program team and reports to the Program Purchasing Manager.

You will be working on challenges that matter

Your missions:

Ensure supplier selection from the agreed supplier panel: identify and consult suppliers, manages supplier RFQ based on panel given by the Commodity Buyers. Negotiate or participate with the Commodity Buyers in supplier negotiations and in the final choice of supplier (leads sourcing committee process to select suppliers from list provided by Commodity Buyers)
Track performance during the program phase: manage suppliers, compare costs with objectives, ensure quality during the program phase, respect delivery deadlines and in particular ensure that the program phase reviews are supported within the framework of the Faurecia Program Management System (PMS)
Ensure early involvement of the Series Buyers in the program before the series phase
Manage specific mandated suppliers when requested and agreed with customers
Negotiate Engineering Change Requests
Lead the global steering and sourcing committee meetings for the program and ensure that the purchasing assumptions are optimized on a global basis, considering local and global sourcing options and selecting the option with the best landed cost and performance

What if it were you?

Master's degree/Engineering diploma or Master in Purchasing ( on going process)
Good practice of softwares (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Internet
First experience in purchasing as trainee
Able to work in a matricial organization
Autonomous, rigorous, sense of initiatives and good relationship
Team spirit and team work mindset
Used to work on remote mode
