Description du poste


Reporting to the
Design & Construction Manager, the maintenance & construction specialist W/M will be responsible to define the maintenance strategy and coordinate all repairs and maintenance for our stores throughout Europe.

Ensuring these are completed to a high standard within the required timescales helping to ensure all our stores remain safe for our customers and visitors and that we meet all the local health and safety requirements.

This role will also manage construction projects of existing store portfolio (optimizations, soft refits and repairs, closures).


Main activities:


MAINTENANCE

  • Identify and establish appropriate contractors to support the store maintenance program.
  • Build with the Construction manager the maintenance strategy and implement it in our retail fleet.
  • Liaise with the store staff and/or external contractors to ensure both planned and reactive maintenance are carried out, in a timely manner.
  • Actively engage with multiple stakeholders to ensure maintenance activities are planned, coordinated, and approved prior to implementation.
  • Follow up monthly maintenance report and keep track of the expenses.
  • Work with Construction team to consistently develop and evolve associated processes to optimize maintenance cost.
  • Site inspection to ensure maintenance/repairs works are completed to a high standard.
  • Create maintenance guideline for store managing updates when necessary.
  • Maintain service provider files including, insurance documents, H&S documents, key contact info. etc.

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

  • Execute projects of existing portfolio which include store optimizations, closures, soft refits and repairs.
  • Support construction team and manage all orders from our preferred suppliers/vendors list (Furniture, Lighting, Signage, etc) for new stores, refits and relocations.
  • Work with Construction team to identify the bill of quantity (Equipment, Furniture, Lighting, etc).
  • Track and coordinate deliveries, installation schedule and supervise the works done by the designated vendors/suppliers.
  • Coordination / scheduling contractor services to site make sure works are on track.
  • Travel to sites, when necessary, to ensure that works as being completed according to Brand standards.
  • Assistance with management of all construction costs related.
