    Internship – Strategic Initiatives (CEO Office)

    Location: Paris

    Duration: 6 months

    Start date: March/April 2026

    Type : Paid internship

    About Do Well Do Good:

    Our purpose is to support leaders and future leaders to find the right balance between performance and impact and create an economy that works for all and the planet. We do that through 3 interlinked activities: education, consulting and ventures.

    About the role:

    As a Strategic Initiatives Intern, you will work directly with the Chief of Staff, the CEO and the leadership team on key strategic priorities that shape the future of Do Well Do Good. This internship is ideal for someone with a strong interest in strategy, consulting, and business development.

    1. Expert Network Development

    • Identify and qualify high-potential profiles from across the impact, consulting, and education ecosystems
    • Engage with experts through personalised outreach, calls, and follow-ups
    • Support expert onboarding and relationship-building over time
    • Help structure and activate our expert database to support growth and delivery

    2. International Expansion

    • Conduct strategic market analysis to identify key locations for expansion
    • Source and engage with potential local co-founders or strategic partners
    • Participate in the design of the international model:
    • Business model adapted to local contexts
    • Legal structure (subsidiary, franchise, partnership, etc.)
    • Governance setup (shareholding, rights, obligations, alignment of interests)
    • Build internal reporting tools to track expansion progress and surface insights

    3. Education Programs

    • Contribute to the development of our educational offerings in France and across Africa
    • Identify strategic partners (universities, institutions, professors)
    • Support the design and structuring of curricula aligned with our mission

    Profile:

    • Analytical, resourceful, and highly proactive
    • Rigorous and organized to handle multiple projects
    • Perfect communicator (written and verbal) in French and English
    • Master's level student (Strategy, Business, Entrepreneurship etc.) from a tier-1 university
