Business Development Manager USAPAC


Job Location:
America, Pacific, Oceania, Marseille (France)


The Business Development Manager shall identify key clients and strategic partners and will be responsible for maintaining and developing the clients and competitor's database.

They shall execute engagement strategies to develop and maintain the competitors' database, this will include support of existing customers and identification of clients' opportunities.

They will be in charge of monitoring the competition landscape by analysis of the data collected on the competitive market.

They will also be in charge of developing local partnerships on these markets.


Once the prospects are identified, the Business Development Manager shall prepare the pursuit planning according to the client early engagement strategy, the technical needs and ensure the information workflow by working with internal teams.


Travel:


  • Travels are required within the identified zones.
  • Travel Expectation : Up to 50% of working time and one week per month in Marseille

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Generic Key Responsibilities & Activities

  • Operate within standardised Sales & Marketing policies, processes and systems.
  • Support the development and implementation of the strategy for local accounts by understanding clients; identifying opportunities and translating Seacure's strengths and competitors' weaknesses into an account plan.
  • Collect, provide, analyse for the intelligence market current and future contracts.
  • Identify of future key projects and contractor/alliance requirements.
  • Escalate and drive issues for Secure and the clients' satisfaction
  • Support and develop pursuit plans to position Seacure.
  • Support the drive/escalate resolution of problems to the satisfaction of the client and Seacure.
  • Support the development of resources through clearly understood roles, responsibilities and performance objectives, regular feedback and continual professional training.
  • Assist with coordination of attendance at local Conferences, inclusive of arranging and scheduling Executive meetings with key Clients and Partners.
  • Support and develop Seacure's market share development.
  • Maintain and update the CRM Database as part of the Sales and Marketing Team.
  • Maintain and update an internal Database for monitoring and tracking Competitor activity and capability/capacity.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • Fluent in English
  • Degree qualified (ideally in Engineering, Business Management, Marketing) or similar.
  • Post Graduate Degree qualification (MSc, MBA or similar) preferred.
  • Relevant previous experience at an appropriate level in similar environment with strong preference for experience in a similar role in the identified Region.
  • Coastal erosion & port infrastructure sector experience.
  • Focused on new business opportunities

Salary: 4,000.00€ - 6,000.00€ per month
