As a future Product Owner for Alternative Credit, you will report to the Head for Alternative Investments, and you will be part of AXA IM Technology - Front Office Products' team.

The product owner for Alternative Credit will provide the product vision to the leveraged loan squad in charge.

He/She is responsible for the value delivered to the business and for the functionalities onboarded on the product backlog. He/She represents the business (or beneficiaries of the Product) in the Squad and ensures User Stories are written, write them with the support of Business Analyst and validates them

Your role and responsibilities will include

Engage with senior Leveraged Loans users to agree high level requirements, approach, prioritisation and the delivery plan for the Alternative Credit Transformation. Manage the delivery against agreed milestones and objectives ensuring that the expected efficiency gains are realised.
Participate in the design of loan and CLO front office solution MAIA with technology, business stakeholders and third party partners such as Virtus operating middle office of the platform.
Build a prospective Product vision for Leveraged Loan platform, manage the Squad backlog, follow the implementation of the user stories and validate them
Agile participate in the transformation to an agile environment through the development of agile tools ie automated testing and release, code quality tool

Engage with Alternative Credit representatives, demonstrate the ability to understand the business concepts and translate these into design and implementation of business solutions which improve efficiency, reporting and portfolio managment capability

Hence, you will:

Be in touch with Leveraged Loan platform to bring them added value through deliveries in a fast moving financial environment
Guarantee that software solutions are aligned with business needs
Acquire various competences in a collaborative, motivating and benevolent environment
Promote software quality and deploy adequate methodology

Your main missions will be to both:

gather business requirements and pilot developments and tests

Your qualifications and experience

Master degree

Your knowledges and skills

Program and project management experience as well as business analysis
Detail oriented with a strong understanding of alternative investments and linked data
Ability to communicate effectively with business representatives and technology staff
Ability to influence peers in both the business and technology
Ability to listen and arbitrate
Complex instrument modeling, loan knowledge is a plus
