- Install equipment at customer sites.
- Diagnose technical faults and propose timely corrective solutions.
- Handle verbal and written technical requests, providing clear and prompt responses.
- Support supervised installations when required.
- Collaborate with Production and R&D departments to drive continuous product improvement.
- Maintain and update technical documentation.
- Ensure installations comply with building regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Promote the company's core values: customer focus, reliability, integrity, respect, and responsibility.
- Experience in technical support for stairlifts and lifting platforms (preferred) or experience in the installation of systems/equipment.
- Knowledge of building regulations and relevant industry standards.
- Ability to independently diagnose faults and troubleshoot technical issues.
