DE L'OFFRE

Issuance of bank guarantees and letters of credits as per the internal policy
Quarterly control of fees and conditions of bank guarantees
Support to the back office on the bank guarantees registration
Follow up of release of bank guarantees
Follow up of bank guarantees credit lines
Update of corporate guarantees database
Semiannual reporting of corporate and bank guarantees
Quarterly reconciliation of bank guarantees in cooperation with backoffice
Quarterly computation of corporate guarantees fees
Development of a new software for the administration of the corporate guarantees

PROFIL REQUIS
Degree in Finance, Trade finance or legal

Prior experience in a bank or a guarantee department of a large corporation/bank would be a plus, but is not a requirement

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

High level of written and verbal communication in English.

Inter-cultural skills are key as this position requires to be in contact with professionals from a variety of different nationalities
