As an intern within the Consumer Services team, you will work closely with the Head of Cards and Payments to manage our crypto card business.

Your mission:

Project coordination: Assisting in coordinating various projects related to the development and enhancement of our crypto card offerings
Conduct thorough research and analysis to define consumer value proposition, identify market trends, and gather insights to inform strategic decisionmaking
Support in managing partnerships related to our crypto card business, including communication with stakeholders and coordination of activities
Assist in the preparation of regular business reports, including performance metrics, key findings from research, and recommendations for improvements.

What we're looking for:

Ability to analyze both business data and consumer insights to drive informed decisionmaking
Familiarity with the cryptocurrency ecosystem and emerging trends in the Web3 space
Ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and external partners in English
Keenness to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and contribute to a positive work environment
A selfmotivated individual with a proactive approach to learning and taking on new challenges.
