As the CRM Manager at B&B HOTELS Group, he/she will play a crucial role in enhancing customer engagement and retention.

He/She is part of the team at group level delivering the assets for our 15 countries and more than 750 hotels worldwide.

This position involves crafting and implementing comprehensive strategies to boost customer engagement and retention.

He/she will lead CRM initiatives across multiple regions, providing operational guidance, and utilizing advanced tools like Imagino, Dartagnan, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive significant customer engagement.

He/She reports to the VP loyalty & customer retention.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a datadriven strategy to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with Data Science and BI teams for comprehensive customer analysis.
  • Turn customer insights into effective loyalty initiatives and increased activation.
  • Partner with Data Science team to assess and enhance campaign effectiveness and customer retention.
  • Oversee and optimize CRM tools to meet engagement objectives.
  • Innovate with Data & IT teams on new tools for customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Director to set and maintain CRM guidelines.
  • Perform detailed performance analysis on a global and local level.
  • Benchmark against competitors' CRM approaches.
  • Supervision of a junior CRM Project Manager in a workstudy program

Skills & experience we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 5 years in CRM management within international business settings.
  • Expertise in customer data analysis and strategic development.
  • Skilled in using CRM and marketing automation tools, especially Imagino and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience in international business environments, with a deep understanding of global market dynamics.
  • Fluent in English and French, both written and verbal.
