    Sur le site de Saint Laurent Blangy (62), Cérélia recrute un(e) stagiaire Assistant(e) Chef de Produits Marketing Innovation pour un démarrage idéal en octobre 2024.

    Rattaché(e) à un Chef de Produit Senior Innovation & Rénovation, tu apporteras ta contribution pour aider l'équipe Marketing et R&D à construire la stratégie marketing et d'innovation, à coordonner les projets d'innovation et de rénovation Européens sur les catégories de produits des pâtes à pizza et des pâtes à pain et viennoiseries au rayon frais.

    Des missions très diversifiées et formatrices sur des catégories en plein développement et au sein d'une super équipe

    Tes Missions :

  • Analyser les performances mensuelles des différentes catégories de produits sur nos marchés (panels, distributeurs et consommateur Nielsen), et mettre en place les reporting périodiques utiles au pilotage des catégories de produits.
  • Assurer la mise en place des études consommateurs (panels de dégustation, tests de concept...) en collaboration avec l'équipe R&D, les instituts d'étude et les agences de création.
  • Participer au développement des nouvelles recettes en collaboration avec le service R&D et organiser des dégustations produites.
  • Effectuer des veilles concurrentielles : études des tendances des marchés Européens, benchmarks produits sur les différents marchés...
  • Assister l'équipe dans la gestion/coordination des projets d'innovation sur l'ensemble des marchés
  • Participer à l'élaboration du plan marketing et d'innovation sur la catégorie

    • VOTRE PROFIL

    Tu prépares une école de commerce ou d'ingénieur ou un master universitaire en Marketing (niveau BAC+4/5)

    Tu disposes d'une première expérience significative en marketing (stage) idéalement dans l'agroalimentaire. La connaissance des panels distributeurs/ consommateurs est un plus.

    Tu maitrises les outils Office et tu as un bon niveau d'anglais.

    Tu es reconnu(e) pour ta rigueur, ton organisation, ta curiosité et ton aisance relationnelle.
