    SALES & MARKETING - SALES

    As Area Sales Manager Export North Europe , your main missions are :

    Develop sales revenue and increase the market share of HM.Clause products (vegetables seeds) within a defined export area according to the Company's objectives.

    Participate to market understanding and improvement of customer satisfaction.

    Team-up with local promotors to evaluate new varieties and ensure efficient commercial launch.

    Scope : Germany, Benelux, Scandinavia, Hungary...

    Vos Missions

    CUSTOMER KNOWLEDGE
    ● In interaction with the direct clients & with the support of local product promotor and or sales team : update direct customers & key accounts needs in the CRM database (Customer relationship Management)

    MARKET & COMPETITION INTELLIGENCE
    ● Feed the market intelligence database for updates for the defined countries, areas and activities, including market review, competition position and varieties & pricing survey, under guidance from the Sales Manager.
    ● Do market benchmark & identify gaps & opportunities of our product range.

    PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
    ● Ensure development and renewal of the commercial range: work with Marketing and Product Development to define new varieties trial plans
    ● Support the local promotors for Product Development activities such as evaluation of trials for HM.CLAUSE products, development process and Product launch phase in collaboration with Marketing in your defined area.

    COMMUNICATION, PROMOTION & TECHNICAL SUPPORT
    ● Contribute to the setup of promotion actions of new varieties with local sales teams and communication.

    SALES FORECAST
    ● Collect and challenge forecasts from direct customer
    ● Design and follow up sales forecast for each variety in the dedicated tool

    PRICING
    ● Negotiate and update prices with customers for commercial and new varieties
    ● Follow up sales objectives completion in direct interaction with the customer service, analyse gaps & ask the team members to design corrective actions.

    ORDER TAKING, SALES EXECUTION & SALES FOLLOW UP
    ● Support the Regional Customer Service from order confirmation to invoicing
    ● Follow up the sales target completion & propose corrective actions when applicable.

    REPORTING
    ● Report monthly sales activities to the Sales Manager.

    CREDIT MANAGEMENT
    ● Analyze the past due situation, propose & realize money collection actions according to the financial targets

    CLAIMS & COMPLAINTS
    ● Manage the settlement of claims & complaints jointly with the local Product Promotor and/or Sales team and under the supervision of the manager.

    Compétences : ce que nous attendons de vous

    Bachelor Degree + 5 years experience or Master Degree + 2 or 3 years experience in the seed business

    Open minded, enthusiastic and easy going personality.
