Join our dynamic team as an Banking Operations Legal Officer. This is a junior role that is pivotal in maintaining our high standards of service and legal compliance.
In this role, you will work closely with Martina, our team lead.
Her extensive experience will guide you through the intricacies of our operational processes, ensuring that you are well-prepared to handle the challenges of the banking sector.
As an Banking Operations Legal Officer at Qonto, you will:
- Manage and prioritize daily tasks to keep no backlog, handle administrative tasks and maintain high productivity.
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all documentation and communications, meeting all juridical deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including lawyers, police, and judicial administrators.
- Demonstrate proactivity and independence in handling tasks and resolving issues.
- Uphold strict compliance and ethical standards in all operations, safeguarding client and company confidentiality.
