Our Business Area Credit Risk Management in Paris is looking for a Credit Officer (M/F/d)
:
Responsibilities:
- Processing of credit exposures within the scope of annual reviews, PD ratings incl. analysis of borrowersand tenants, covenant & property monitoring, facility in focus, as well as credit decisions within the scopeof the granted competence
- Identify market developments and develop appropriate restructuring proposals within the portfolio
- Implementing the credit risk strategy for assigned exposures in compliance with regulatory requirementsand internal process instructions
- Technical coordination for the processing of specific subportfolios including technical guidance, trainingto junior team members
- Preparation of adhoc reports for various bodies
- Project management and collaboration in strategically oriented technical and IT projects.
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed university studies with an economic or legal focus or training as a bank clerk orequivalent
- Strong experience in credit risk management, preferably in real estate, corporate finance, structuredfinance or investment banking.
- Good knowledge of the legal, tax and economic aspects relevant to real estate lending, including relevantmarket knowledge.
- Good analytical skills in the analysis of company/industry key figures as well as comprehensiveknowledge and experience with complex financial structures
- Distinct IT user knowledge for using internal bank systems (Backshop / SAP) and Microsoft Officeproducts (in particular Excel)
