Job Title:
Head of Sales France - Aesthetics


Location:
Paris La Défense (hydrid)


Job description:

  • Lead the implementation of local commercial customercentric programs, that are designed/planned/prioritized by Marketing with input from Sales to meet the organization's business objectives.
  • Build and maintain a 'winning' engaged sales team, measured through quantitative and qualitative KPIs, enabled via strong coaching, to ensure individual and team targets are met, and overachieved.
  • Contribute to the overall performance of the local affiliate through his/her position as well as member of the local Leadership Team.
  • Report to the Country General Manager

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead customer centric commercial programs in alignment with the country objectives and pulling through the agreed marketing deliverables/initiatives in order to meet and exceed the company's country P&L targets.
  • Coordinate sales team efforts and allocation of resources, based on welldefined segmentation and targeting and keyaccount planning, as well as clearly articulated commercial policies (in line with global guidance).
  • Evaluating, measuring, and managing field force activities based on CRM KPIs as well as SIP targets, managed through clear communication with the sales team, including strong coaching.
  • Manages the budget allocated to the field force ensuring best return on investment (if it can be measured compliantly).
  • Deliver critical processes to plan and develop commercial development activities, including the development of alliance/channel/network partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and network, leveraging this also for early identification of market trends, challenges and opportunities.
  • Active contribution to the local Integrated Dermatology Strategy and operational execution as fulltime member of the local Leadership Team.


Skills & Qualifications- Ideally at least 5 years of strong sales management experience- Experience in a strong sales position with people/team responsibility- Strong experience across Aesthetics incl.

understanding of local industry landscape and trends- Previous work experience in either aesthetics or medical devices company- Strong influencing and collaboration skills to partner with key internal stakeholders- Excellent oral and written skills to communicate complex issues and influence others- Fluent in French and English
