As part of a replacement for a maternity leave, the Human Resources department is looking for a Senior HR Manager for EMEA region.

Job description


Reporting to the Managing Director and to the EMEA Lead of HR and working closely with the other members of the Management Committee, your main responsibilities are to define and implement the human resources strategy in order to promote employee commitment and the agility and performance of the organization.


  • Be the key contributor to the Management Committee "People, Performance & Culture" issues for the EMEA region,
  • Lead and coordinate the French HR & general services team (5 team members in France) on all activities deployed in the EMEA region (Talent acquisition, HR Development, Training,
Performance Management, Compensation Policy, Labor Relations Management and

Personnel Administration...) under supervision of EMEA Lead of HR,

  • In collaboration with the EMEA Lead of HR, develop, harmonize, implement and supervise all key HR processes & practices (onboarding, talent & performance management and development, people review, training, bonus policy ) and also all key facilities or site policies (car fleet, building & offices,),
  • In collaboration with the EMEA Lead of HR, deploy and pilot projects in response to the company's operational challenges: transversal projects, organization evolution, managerial community, managerial development program,
  • Support managers and their team members throughout the employee life cycle
  • In connection with the Group and with the EMEA Lead of HR, ensure regular reporting on the monitoring of the function's performance indicators, participate in crossfunctional HR projects and manage their deployment.

Profile and skills


You have a higher education degree in HR (Bac+5), and have at least 10 to 15 years of successful experience, ideally in an international context, ideally in industry.

You are fluent in English.

You have the following qualities:
strength of proposal, vision and critical thinking, flexibility, patience & resilience, intercultural receptivity, team spirit.

A good knowledge of the national collective agreement for chemical industries is a plus.
