JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:


  • Renegotiate contracting conditions with our hotel suppliers, to maximize availability, offers, best available rates & loading with the maximum level of system expertise the commercial conditions.
  • Obtain new offers and extra availability directly loaded in the system by the supplier.
  • Partner internally with the Contracting Manager to achieve a highquality collaboration, sharing information, strategies and by driving high levels of efficiency.
  • Proactively manage contact with assigned hotel suppliers daily.

Requirements:


  • Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask & prioritize.
  • High levels of drive and resilience, comfortable working to targets.
  • Commercial mindset with ability to understand and analyze data/information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, including English language.
  • Previous experience within a commercial role such as sales or purchasing in any sector.
  • Tourism industry experience would be an advantage but not essential.
