Your Role:

The Technical Business Development Manager will lead the effort to grow the business of Aptiv Connected Service in France, also supporting the development throughout Europe.

In this role, you will work and communicate with the Aptiv business owners in the USA and Italy to ensure our customer's business is successful and achieves growth with other regional vehicle manufacturers in France.

Identify potential customers and strategic stakeholders within the customers that align with Aptiv Connected Services product offerings
Build good working relationships with new and existing customers to anticipate RFQs and vehicle data acquisition needs
Communicate regularly with Aptiv North America and Aptiv EU to coordinate efforts and ensure delivery of Aptiv products on schedule.
Support technical sales by developing and supporting demo's with potential Customers.
Work with the organization to build quotations, negotiate contract terms and ensure customer needs are understood within Aptiv and delivered to the customer.

Your Background:

Technical Background with 5 to 10 years of experience in technical sales or engineering experience with vehicle systems desired.
Ability to navigate organizations, identify decision makers and understand how individual stakeholders interconnect throughout the organization.
Vehicle electrical network, engine/transmission calibration and/or vehicle data acquisition experience desired.
Strong problem solving and risk assessment experience.
Customer focus and understanding technical needs around vehicle testing and data acquisition needs
Strong written and oral communication skills in English and French. This role interacts with both external customers and internal management frequently.
Proficient user of Microsoft Office with strong presentation skills
