The Sales Administration Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring smooth sales operations, and maintaining accurate sales records.

This is a critical role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


In this position, you'll:


  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing sales orders, sales contracts, deployment schedules and preparing sales reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate sales records, including sales reports, customer databases, and sales general sales information in our CRM.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and finance, to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Assist in the coordination of sales events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of sales administration tasks.

About you:


  • First experience (12 years) in sales administration, customer service, or related field
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Slack and experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software (Hubspot)
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, startup environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members.
