THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER


Under the leadership of the Director People Operations, and dotted line to the Business Partners, the Senior People Operations Manager owns full employee experience for France.


  • Responsible for ensuring the day to day People functions are performed in accordance with policies and procedures and People best practice
  • Be the go to senior point of contact and/or escalation for our General Managers and employees in France
  • Provide direct advice and guidance to employees and local managers on local People policies, procedures and legislations
  • Own operational processes and responsible for setting the standards and direction of HR operation
  • Implementation and execution on changes, company policies and local employees' benefits (and payroll until centralised)
  • Be able to handle operational tasks including (but not limited to): Contract generation, on/off boarding, performance related topics, compliance and all necessary administration in alignment with central processes
  • You will be working closely with other Senior People Ops Managers and you will support 1+ People Ops Associates and/or working students/interns so experience or a desire to lead, develop, and support junior team members with their personal and professional growth, is key
  • Deliver and participate in the development of key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum, including but not limited to L&D, benefits, feedback culture, etc
  • Act as the point of contact for questions concerning labour law in collaboration with our legal department
  • Manage work councils within the region[s] where applicable
  • Build and constantly improve existing People Operations processes
  • Support recruiting processes with the local teams if needed

YOU'LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • You are a strong people and team leader with at least 5+ years of experience in People roles (HRBP or People Ops lead role
  • You have strong project management and analytical skills
  • You have an ability to move from strategic thinking to granular analysis
- you like to find pragmatic solutions to problems

  • You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate both verbally and in writing a compelling vision
  • You have a 'get things done' mentality and passion for people
  • Expertise in labour law and administrative HR/People topics in France
  • Eager to dive into new topics and continuously grow with the organisation
  • Excellent communication in French and English
  • Excited to buildup People Excellence both centrally and regional
  • Have the ability to lead global projects from inception to operation
