Our client, a pioneering force in the flavor industry, is at the forefront of transforming the culinary landscape.

With a unique approach innovative fermentation techniques and state-of-the-art technology, our client is dedicated to crafting natural flavor solutions that meet the demands of diverse culinary traditions.

We are currently seeking a
dynamic B2B sales professional to drive our client's expansion into the European food service market.


Responsabilities:

Sales & pipeline development: Build a solid food service customers' pipeline in the relevant segments and markets. Actively identify, connect and qualify new leads.

Revenue generation: Be accountable for meeting revenue targets. Engage with purchasing personas and secure the end-to-end sales process.

Sales management: Provide hands-on sales management. Participate in sales planning, develop sales budgets and forecasts.

Customer relationships and support :Establish strong relationships with our customers - understand needs, how our solution addresses these needs and support the implementation of our products, jointly with our product team.

Account and project management: Coordinate between internal and external resources to expedite the sales process - technical, operational and commercial channels.

Communication: Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years' sales experience in the food service sector, preferably in a professional ingredients or distribution company.
  • Proficiency in outbound sales, business development, and CRM systems.
  • Selfmotivated with a creative mindset, willing to be the first point of contact in the region.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for gastronomy.
  • Experience working in France
  • Fluency in French & English.
