Job description

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES:
**Gestion des quotas : responsable du process quotas des Opérations commerciales**
- Etablir la liste des skus à gérer sous quotas (en liaison avec l'équipe prévisions)
- Définir les règles de répartition des quantités disponibles avec l'équipe prévisions, la DDO et la Direction commerciale internationale
- Consolider et transmettre au service client
- Communiquer les quotas aux Marchés
- Analyser la consommation des quotas en collaboration avec le Service client et partager des informations pertinentes dans l'analyse de la demande & sortie de pénurie

**Information marchés**
- Animer la Monthly OP (réunion d'information mensuelle aux marchés)
- Construire et communiquer la liste des ruptures et les dates de mise à disposition des produits
- Nouveautés : Gérer le reporting de montée en stock (disponibilité produit) avant le lancement
- Nouveautés : Gérer le reporting d'écoulement (performance placement et réassort vs prévs et quotas)
- Tenir à jour les assortiment : réfs actives, date de mad, switch, etc

**Gestion commande agents**
- Analyser, challenger et valider certaines commandes agents

**Gestion pénurie**
- Animer la réunion rupture
- Analyser la projection de stock 12 mois vs demande
- Préparer les Franchise reviews : construction tableaux d'analyse
- Proposer des arbitrage besoin marchés vs quantités disponibles & les intégrer dans le jeu de prévisions en coordination avec l'équipe prévisions

**Prévisions nouveautés (process OFS)**
- Analyser les retours capacité supply - arbitrage marchés
- Assurer le retour final arbitrage aux marchés en liaison avec l'équipe prévisions

PROFIL:

- Formation supérieure Bac + 5, Ecole d'ingénieur / de Commerce + option Supply Chain
- Expérience de 6 ans dans un rôle clé de la Supply Chain : Demand Planer, Planificateur,, dans le secteur Parfums / Beauté Luxe ou Mass

SAVOIR-FAIRE:

- Excel : niveau confirmé / gestion des données (tri, TCD, RechercheV)
- A l'aise dans l'utilisation d'un ERP
- Construction d'outils de pilotage, animation de la performance / amélioration continue
- Anglais : courant business
- Bonne rédaction en français
