DESCRIPTION


As part of the international development team, you will coordinate various projects designed to enable Nickel to launch its business in other European countries and to contribute to the internalisation of Nickel.


  • You'll join a dynamic team covering a wide range of topics and working at 360° with all Nickel departments.

In this role, your main missions will be:

  • Conducting and coordinating all studies required to identify new markets for Nickel: Understanding the market, the banking industry, the competitors, the trends, the local specificities and their impact on our business model, potential distribution networks, business plan etc
  • Manage and lead the launch of a country from A to Z: Decision file, passporting process, tax and fiscal analysis, recruitment, administrative procedures, drafting expressions of need, project coordination, country support, global coordination between central teams and the country, project committee preparation and animation etc
  • Participate in Nickel's internationalisation: Coordinate key projects validated by the Executive Committee in the international acceleration program
The position is based in Paris, with travels across Europe (about once every two months). You will be reporting directly to the Head of International Development.


PROFIL REQUIS
About you

  • At least 5 years of experience as a senior project leader or in a position coordinating complex / transversal projects in an international environment,
  • Organized, able to set priorities, and have good analytical and summarizing skills,
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and are able to collaborate with different teams (technical, top management ),
  • You are an excellent communicator, both orally and in writing,
  • Ability to present, to convince and to federate,
  • You are curious and not afraid of getting your hands dirty,
  • Your English is fluent, and fluency in another European language is a plus.
