    To meet our challenges, we are looking for our next Account Manager (M/F) within the GBU Pharma Sales team for the French market This position will be located in Lestrem (near Lille).

    Your mission?

    As an Account Manager for France, you will be accountable to deliver sales targets/variable margin for the assigned area or segment through prospecting and leveraging on business development opportunities. As part of a team, you will closely work with the technical business developers.

    Your experience and talents will make the difference to:

  • Be the first level interface between customers & Roquette
  • Deliver Sales & Variable Margin targets for the Area, as defined by BU management
  • Develop growth tactics in the area
  • Lead customer interactions
  • Lead negotiation process from initial offer through contracts/pricing
  • Develop Sales Pipeline and foster growth with account portfolio
  • Compile market intelligence – support in the territory strategy development
  • Introduction of innovation pipeline, helping customers deliver even better medicine.

  • University Degree (Master, Engineer diploma) in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Natural Sciences, Engineering or Business Administration
  • Min 5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development in the Pharma, Life Science, Chemical or Food Ingredient Industries
  • Proven track of Sales Growth and value delivery
  • Good command of CRM systems
  • High literacy in MS Office Package (Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Excel) – SAP as a Plus
  • Good analytical skills
  • Self-driven and accountable approach to work
  • Business trips up to 50 % of the time (France & Europe)
