Context :

following years of integration, AXA XL, the commercial lines and reinsurance division of the AXA Group, has entered a new and important phase: the opportunity to build a company that can thrive in the future and deliver on growth ambitions.

Our vision is to better serve our clients and ensure AXA XL is a great place to work, by deeply transforming the way we operate.

To that end, AXA XL is launching Project Fusion, a high profile, cross-functional initiative, to run over the next 2 to 3 years.

This strategic initiative aims at identifying and sequencing investment opportunities to prepare the AXA XL of the future, with the objective of more effectively serving our customers, while simplifying our ways of working and generating efficiencies in all areas of the company.

Importantly, delivering this project will allow us to dedicate more time to our clients, delivering on what matters to them.

As a Strategic Transformation Analyst, you will be a key member of the Fusion Office, ensuring proper coordination and follow through on the main projects and topics managed by the Transformation Management Office (tracking status of deliverables and milestones, coordination of program governance, etc.), undertaking project management of specific projects and provide support to the TMO and the Chief Transformation Officer on key initiatives.

The role requires to maintain regular contact with a large and global network across AXA XL and AXA Group (including business, operations, finance and technology representatives and leaders) to ensure that the Transformation strategy is understood and well on track across the organization and translated into concrete action plans with measurable targets.
