Are you a visionary leader passionate about pioneering breakthroughs in the Medical Device industry? We're seeking a Director, Hybrid Therapies for AF, to spearhead our cutting-edge initiatives in the European market.


What You'll Do:


  • Architect the Future: Develop a robust commercial strategy and roadmap for our Hybrid Therapies and Left Atrial Appendage Management products, driving substantial growth across EMEA.
  • Strategic Analysis: Identify and prioritize growth opportunities by deeply analyzing customer segments, crafting comprehensive business plans that set us apart.
  • GotoMarket Expertise: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, particularly Marketing and Education, to orchestrate seamless product launches and sustained support, ensuring the realization of sales targets.
  • Crafting Success: Devise compelling positioning, messaging, and segmentation strategies across multiple fronts—trade, advertising, physician education, and patient advocacy—enabling us to thrive in the market.
  • Empowering Our Teams: Equip our field force with potent tools, from demos to competitive analyses, fostering customer preference and satisfaction.
  • Industry Insight: Drive advisory boards, conduct indepth competitive research, and share critical insights, steering us toward higher therapy adoption rates.
  • Art of Persuasion: Deliver captivating presentations, demonstrations, and materials that showcase our product's value proposition, leaving a lasting impact.
  • Community Engagement: Establish and nurture strong relationships within the Electrophysiology, Cardiology, and Cardiac Surgery communities, amplifying our network's strength.
  • Reimbursement Mastery: Develop strategic initiatives to maximize reimbursement opportunities, ensuring our products' accessibility across EMEA.

A little about yourself:


  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of ten (10) years successful track record sales/marketing medical device experience
  • Strong knowledge of EP/cardiovascular product areas or a related discipline, including direct experience in cardiac ablation surgery products
  • Analytical, strategic, effective technical writer, and strong customer presentation skills
  • Hands on, action oriented, and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
  • Strong and proven ability to influence crossfunctional teams without formal authority in a matrix structure.
  • Ability to exercise judgment and determine appropriate actions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to travel approximately 60%
