    JOB TITLE : Technical Training Project Management Intern (M/F)

    Based in: Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine, France

    MISSION OBJECTIVES :

    We are looking for an intern to join our Services-Engineering department. In the Integrated Services Readiness (ISR) teams, your objectives will be to participate in the development of "Service" activities in the "Training" part. The significant development of Maintenance and Operation Contracts requires integration of training processes throughout the lifecycle of materials, which will be your role to define.

    SPECIFIC RESPONSABILITIES OF THE MISSION :

    You will be in charge of the following missions:

  • Developing a "training" process before, during, and after the commissioning of complex railway products.
  • Implementing "product" training by focusing on content, tools, and methods to integrate into a global product vision, aiming to train teams. The factors of variation according to railway families will also be studied.
  • PROFILE :

    Education level: Bachelor's degree + 3/4 years of university. Engineering cycle or university degree.

    Technical skills: Knowledge of railways (technology, project context). Ability to analyse and synthesize. Knowledge of training principles.

    Behavioral skills: Adaptability. Autonomy, organization, good writing quality.

    Language skills: English (good level).
