ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop a thorough understanding of all ticketing systems and processes that are related to the successful delivery of the project
  • Support day to day ticket operations, seat assignment and delivery
  • Liaise with the Paris 2024 Ticketing team and suppliers that are responsible for Box Offices, access and spectator services control at venues to develop an effective and efficient plan to support On Location guests
  • Plan and implement incident reporting and escalation in accordance with established principles
  • Prepare and deliver a comprehensive training program for the On Location guest support team that will be based at Paris 2024 Venues
  • Schedule and supervise team to ensure premium and consistent service levels
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and security regulations
  • Provide daily reports as required
  • Other ticketing duties, as necessary to support On Location's successful delivery of the Olympic and Paralympic Games projects

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ticketing for the Olympic and Paralympic Games and other global sporting events with official travel and hospitality providers
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with event ticketing systems and databases
  • Excellent computer skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, in particular advanced capability in Excel
  • Strong customer service ethic
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to multitask and manage concurrent priorities
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage a large team support personnel

  • Other languages
