About the Position

Responsibilities:


  • Meet with clients virtually or during onsite sales visits;
  • Manage projects (Hospitality, houses etc.);
  • Prospect new clients;
  • Demonstrate and present products and services;
  • Establish new business;
  • Manage quotes and closing deals;
  • Maintain accurate records on CRM;
  • Manage, organise, and update company/customer data on an ongoing basis
  • Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings;
  • Review sales performance;
  • Negotiate contracts and packages;
  • Proficient in the use of social media for direct customer communications & lead generation
  • Work towards monthly or annual targets.

Job Qualifications:


  • Selfmotivated and driven by targets;
  • Experience in FF&E for hotels and hospitality industry;
  • Experienced in the use of CRM, including Activity Planning & the management of Pipeline Opportunities;
  • Experience in B2B sales and customer management;
  • Resilience;
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills including both verbal and written;
  • Fluency in French and English. Portuguese and Spanish are desirable;
  • The ability to influence and negotiate with others;
  • Commercial awareness;
  • IT literate with knowledge of MS Office and Outlook;
  • Numerical skills.
