Typology is the first skincare brand launched by Good Brands, an ambitious project to build a new generation of digital first consumer brands.

Founded in.

2019 by serial entrepreneur Ning Li, Typology became the #1 selling skincare brand online in France and operates also in the UK, Germany and the USA.As Typology continues to expand, we are seeking an E-merchandising Assistant intern to contribute to maintaining the website's high quality and achieving strong conversion rates.

This role involves collaborating cross-functionally with the marketing, product, and creative teams.

The 6-month internship is expected to commence at the beginning of July 2024.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cross-Market Communication: Write and develop newsletters for the French market and collaborate closely with translators for other markets to ensure consistency and effectiveness in messaging.

Product Performance Analysis: Analyze product performance to inform merchandising strategy and provide insights to the product development team

On-site Optimization: Optimize the on-site catalog and homepage to enhance conversion rates, including highlighting best sellers and managing low/high inventory items effectively

Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to manage briefs for each commercial animation, ensuring alignment with merchandising goals

Website Maintenance: Ensure the website remains up-to-date by closely monitoring new product launches and collaborating on the editorial calendar to maintain freshness and relevance

Customer Behavior: Develop specific offers, routines, and bundles tailored to customer behaviors to enhance engagement and drive sales


SPECIFIC SKILLS:


  • At least one experience in ecommerce and digital marketing
  • Currently enrolled as a finalyear student at a Business School or University, majoring in Digital Business and Ecommerce or equivalent
  • Detailoriented with the ability to understand and see the bigger picture
  • Proficient in monitoring, analyzing, and comparing the success and performance of our marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated interest and sensitivity to cosmetics, beauty, and skincare products
  • Fluent in English and French native
