Onboarding You To The Company

You will be responsible for managing the Group's communication on social media, influence, and media campaigns. They will do this by creating content, leading an international network, and collaborating with agencies to achieve the Group's communication goals.

  • As the Content Manager, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the company's strategy and disruptive convictions amidst a changing landscape. Collaborating with the Digital Manager, you will ensure the continuous evolution of the website with relevant written and visual content, aiming to increase site visitation and reputational impact. Leveraging CMS expertise and a strong understanding of Google Analytics, you will collaborate with external digital partners and internal IT teams to optimize the site's effectiveness across all stakeholder groups.
    Getting a flying start
  • To succeed and support this ambition, the Content Manager will play a vital role in promoting the company's strategy and disruptive convictions in a changing landscape. You will be responsible for creating and distributing highquality content across platforms, managing external content creators, ensuring brand alignment, and reinforcing Nexans' storytelling to external audiences. You will be directly responsible for your operational approach, including social media strategy, influencer activations, and ereputation monitoring. Working alongside the Digital Manager, you will ensure the website evolves with fresh written and visual content to enhance analytics and reputational impact.
    Your starting point
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English are required, including the ability to write longformat articles. You will be a social media expert and have strong visual design sensibilities. An appetite for innovation and creativity, along with uptodate knowledge of content strategies and emerging digital trends, is essential. The ability to contribute to a website and translate data into meaningful insights is important. You will manage and align multiple teams in diverse regions and activities, and possess a positive mindset with a continuous learning attitude. A business or communication graduate degree, along with 5 to 8+ years of experience in a communications position, is preferred. Experience within an international company, exposure to crisis situations, and fluency in English (additional languages appreciated) are desirable. You will also have experience in content creation with regular interactions with different stakeholders.
