Your profile

  • Bachelor of Digital Marketing / Digital Communications orequivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience with online and digital communications.
  • Broad expertise and experience in latest digital technologies and solutions.
  • Ability to develop and execute digital strategy based on user experience and social community management skills.
  • Enthusiasm for digital trends and desire to identify relevant opportunities for brand involvement.
  • Social media expert on all social media channels, especially LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook, as well as specific awareness of how these channels can be utilized in Latin America.
  • Experience working with social media management platforms such as Sprinklr, in particular for developing paid campaigns.
  • Expertise in digital and social media KPIs, benchmarking and analytics.
  • Deep knowledge of and expertise in PPC / Google Ads, SEO, HTML, Adobe Analytics, AEM editor, Eloqua.
  • Content development and storytelling skills, with the ability to take technical information and deliver engaging social media content.
  • Experience in managing budgets and overseeing collaboration with vendors.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a highly dynamic multinational environment.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent English, Portuguese and Spanish speaking and writing skills.

Your responsibilities

Digital communications

  • Develop the digital communications strategy for Siemens Energy inLatin America in alignment with the Siemens Energy global and regional digitalcommunications strategy.
  • Keep abreast of digital marketing trends and implement these trends in campaigns.
  • Monitor analytics for digital activities for Siemens Energy in Latin America and analyze success.
  • Represent the Latin America region in Siemens Energy global digital communications networks.
  • Responsibility to comply and/or enforce the protocols, policies, guidelines of Siemens Energy brand, design and communications.
  • Support online advertising activities such as programmatic mediain collaboration with brand activation team.

Website

  • Develop Siemens Energy website for Latin America utilizing SEO anduser experience best practices.
  • Drive search engine advertising to strengthen Siemens Energy's digital presence.
  • Analyze web performance and identify areas of improvementincluding website functionality, conversion, and user journeys.

Social Media

  • Maintain social media channels and oversee the social mediaeditorial calendar for Siemens Energy Latin America.
  • Manage and oversee the processes and configuration of social media management platform (Sprinklr).
  • Develop and execute social paid media campaigns and provide recommendations to improve performance.
  • Drive employee advocacy on social media by utilizing employee advocacy tools (e.g. PostBeyond).
