PIP is rapidly expanding its operations in EMEA and is searching for a passionate and strategic operational leader who can help integrate operations across multiple European locations and drive operational excellence to support our growth.

This role will lead, planning, procurement, inventory, distribution center execution, logistics and technology for the EMEA business unit.

What's the job?


Protective Industrial Products is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Operations team and help expand its operations in the EMEA market.


You will collaborate closely with leadership of the business unit global corporate functions to develop and implement a strategy to meet and exceed company goals.

You will identify, recommend, and implement new processes centered around continuous improvement, technologies, systems, and employee engagement to improve and streamline operational efficiency.

You will need to establish, communicate, and implement operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution.

You will present periodic performance reports, analyses, and metrics to the VP/GM, EMEA and other executive leadership.


You will need to adopt an incorporate a safety-oriented environment and maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in operations management.

What do you bring?


10+ years of successful operations leadership experience in a distribution and supply chain environment across multiple countries and facilities with a focus on effectively integrating acquisitions and rapid growth.

Bachelor's degree in operations, supply chain management or related field.

Strong analytical and organizational skills utilized in a fast-paced work environment.

Exceptional oral and written communications skills.

Strong computer skills including MS Office, operations/distribution/supply chain software.
