Our Work involves putting
Several Brands together for our internal use (we are not an agency), using Brand Guidelines which you will participate in creating, Brand Features including Logo etc.

and Creating Websites for the Brand.

Primarily:
(we are seeking someone is in love for branding, design, typography and color composition with experience crafting brand systems as well as creating brand elements from scratch).

You will lead the definition and execution of our Brand, through visual storytelling, in collaboration with other marketing and design leaders within our company.


Responsibilities:


  • Be a key production partner to both our creative projects manager and our copywriter, and a
    key collaborator with other leads in the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure alignment on creative needs and goals

  • Be the
    visual lead for creating the visual brand language and create new creative templates and parameters across channels.
  • Develop and maintain new visual identity and branding guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials, advertisements, and other media.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop visual concepts and ideas for projects that align with our objectives, including guidance on production shoots for stills and video assets.
  • Review and approve design deliverables to ensure they meet high standards of quality, creativity, and consistency in a timely manner.
  • Design and
    develop digital experiences for our corporate website, campaign landing pages, and other web properties

  • Assist with ad hoc internal design requests, such as
    merchandise and decks

Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of in house or agency creative design and production experience working with D2C brands, preferably
    in the Lifestyle, Fashion, Art, Wellness, or Beauty spaces
:


  • You are someone with an impressive portfolio that exhibits a balance of your conceptual approach and technical strengths in a range of projects including brand identity work, digital advertising, web design, event branding, social media marketing, and video content.
  • You are a
    Resultsoriented problem solver with high standards for quality, accuracy, attention to detail, and overall excellence.
  • You have expertise in user research methodologies, user centered design principles and frameworks, and user interface design standards.
  • You have an advanced understanding of user personas, user flows, affinity mapping, and other research tools.
  • You have a strong understanding of the life cycle process of website development (discovery, planning, design, requirements, coding, testing, and user testing and evaluation).
  • You have experience carrying designs from start to finish, from wireframes to
    delivery of final highfidelity UI mockups

  • You have experience establishing and maintaining rapid customer feedback loops to inform design at critical stages.
  • You are a
    selfstarter, motivated, confident and has ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • You have success on projects designed from scratch as well as redesigns for established platforms or products.
  • You must demonstrate comfort and experience in partnering with a copywriter, collaborating with other designers, and working with editors and producers.
  • Able to work with insights team to incorporate key data feedback to continuously improve creative performance
  • Ability to work collaboratively with inhouse colleagues and external vendors alike.
  • High standards of design and finished product delivery.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
  • Strong competency with the
    Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and with preference towards and experience with a design tool to implement for review (i.e. Figma, Sketch).
