    Role Overview


    Lead Paradox's growth engine by building, testing, and scaling data‑driven experiments across the funnel, channels, and product to drive revenue and customer acquisition. You will transition the company from a founder‑led marketing approach to a repeatable, brand‑led, data‑driven growth engine.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Continuously assess, refine, reposition, and launch Offer–Market Fit.
    • Identify segments where offers succeed and discontinue ineffective ones.
    • Architect and launch funnels and campaigns, implementing tracking, optimizing CRO and A/B testing, and auditing conversion paths.
    • Explore and scale acquisition channels beyond paid social, providing data‑backed briefs to the Content Factory.
    • Design, launch, and analyze experiments across funnels, pricing, and messaging.
    • Ensure tracking, data integrity, and cumulative learning over time.
    • Build and optimise growth loops (product → content → product) and diagnose growth across acquisition, activation, sales alignment, retention, and expansion.
    • Lead and coach the growth team (Paid, Copy, Web, PMM), sourcing, training, and managing talent.
    • Align growth with sales by setting up feedback loops and prioritising high‑intent leads.

    Tools & KPIs


    Tools you'll master: GA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely, and other analytic / experimentation tools.

    Key KPIs:

    • LTV / CAC ratio
    • Funnel conversion rates by stage
    • X experiments launched per week

    Desired Outcomes

    • Conversion rates 2× better than baseline.
    • Continuous growth experimentation.
    • A predictable, data‑driven growth engine.

    Experience & Qualifications

    • Minimum 3 years in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation or Performance Marketing, ideally in SaaS, e‑commerce, or digital products.
    • Proven track record designing, implementing, and scaling A/B & multivariate tests that measurably increased revenue, user activation, or conversion.
