At Enchanted Tools, we are bringing a new generation of robots to life.
Combining world-class engineering expertise and the power of imagination, we plan to make everyone's life better with robotic characters. Our robots can glide, grasp and interact with their environment, tackling concrete issues and needs.


Founded in 2021, we are now 100 enchanters, working in different fields (Robotics, AI, Product design, Project Management, Production, Quality, Supply chain, Finance, Marketing, HR, Sales,...) and we keep growing, thanks to our strong relationships with a variety of investors and partners.


We revealed our two prototypes to the world and are now ready for the next steps of our adventure: industrialize our production, starting with a pilot line at the heart of Paris, then building a plant ; and selling our robots at a global scale.

Job description:


Several key missions of this position will be:

Development of the Customer Care Process
You are responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining the customer relationship management process. This includes training users, developing effective procedures and ensuring transparent and responsive communication with our customers.


Development of Technical Documentation


You are also responsible for creating and updating technical documentation, including the maintenance plan, to ensure that our customers have the necessary information to optimally use and maintain our products.


Customer Technical Service


You provide direct technical support to customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues and ensuring they receive fast and efficient assistance whenever they need it.


Integration of the Robot with Customers


You ensure that the process runs smoothly and that our products fully meet the needs and expectations of our customers.

You provide product training to our customers.


Continuous Product Improvement
Finally, you work closely with the R&D and industry teams to continually improve our products.

You collect and analyze customer feedback, identify potential areas of improvement and participate in constant iterations aimed at optimizing the quality and performance of our products.


Industrial maintenance
Organize and participate in Upgrades of the installed base
Investigation of machine faults
Structuring processes and write Maintenance Procedures in compliance with local regulations and practices
Determine and implement monitoring indicators for the performance of the maintenance department


Travel is expected, France, Europe and the US.

Profile:


Bac+5 training as an Engineer or Master in Biomedical Maintenance, or equivalent specialized in mechanics, automation, electrical engineering with at least 5 years of experience in maintenance in a regulated environment (ideally medical devices).


You have evolved in a field close to "special machines" (complex system with Safety constraints, low volume, high-added value, multidisciplinary environment (mechanics, software, electrical systems).


Skills

  • Mastery of continuous improvement methods and tools: MBF, FMEA, TPM, PDCA, QQOQCCP, Pareto, Kaisen.
  • Strong Quality and Design orientation
  • Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
  • Indepth knowledge of robotics and mechanics (HD reducer, encoder)
  • Electronics and IT skills (Servo Drives (ELMO, Ingénia))
  • Fluency in English (a second language would be a plus).
  • Familiar with roboticsspecific diagnostic and maintenance tools.
