We are looking for an entry-level talent as

Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team in Paris for an internship starting this summer.

During your internship, you will get one of the best overviews of how an e-commerce works & understand what lies underneath each role that drives businesses, such as Back Market, to success.

YOUR MISSION:

Identify and source the best talents to support our tech and business recruiters
Support the Talent Acquisition team in activities such as scheduling and organizing events (Career Fairs)
Work on monitoring related recruitment KPIs through reports to improve our results
Progressively manage endtoend recruitment for junior positions
