MISSIONSUNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PRINTING MANAGER: Prepare forms for the workshop - Follow the manufacturing schedule and according to the priorities defined by the IMP manager, prepare the flow of delivery forms assigned to AGO - Then, verify the consistency of supplies in relation to needs, orders in progress, and the stock data distributed by the Logistics Department (Fougères) - Next, carry out the programming and report on the progress via the programming schedule - Possibly, for questions of load distribution between Fougères and Orléans, make programs for the benefit of the machining unit Optimize production tools - Provide technical support to the workshop for the choice of tools and the optimization of the production set-up, as well as changes in the materials needed - Analyze the resources at your disposal in order to optimize and standardize the common tools for programming - Set up and monitor an indicator of the aluminum scrap rate and aluminum profile consumption - Issue alerts in the event of any deviation of profile consumption on the sites in progress - Set up a cutting tool performance indicator, monitor it, and analyze the needs to determine the choice of tools with the best cost/quality/lifetime balance - Anticipate any specific technique for the machining of a new product. Inform your managers of any specific need QHSE: - Is responsible for their own health & safety and that of their employees depending on their responsibilities. - Must report all anomalies (dangerous situations, incidents, near-accidents, accidents, etc.) to the QHSE department (associated with all risks, including psychosocial). - Actively participates in QHSE activities within the company. - The methods technician ensures that his/her work meets the company's requirements in terms of prevention, ergonomics, and environmental performance - Respects and participates in pro-active QHSE actions (audits, chat sessions, etc.). - Respects the company's QHSE rules and those inherent to their position. - Complies with the obligation to wear PPE. - Respects and maintains their work equipment in good operating condition. Diplômé d'un Bac +2, vous avez une expérience de 2 à 5 ans dans une fonction similaire.
Homme ou femme de terrain, vous êtes rigoureux, organisé et avez une réelle aptitude à travailler en mode projet avec une équipe.
De solides connaissances en lecture de plan et la maîtrise d'un logiciel de CAO (Autocad ou SolidWorks) sont indispensables pour le poste.
