- Sourcing from schools
- Drafting and publishing job offers
- Pre-interviewing and planning the recruitment process
- Manage recruitment in the HR management tool
- Welcoming, integrating and monitoring apprentices/trainees
- Organising visits to schools/partners and events
- Providing administrative support
- Contributing to HR projects
- Responsibilities as of Day 1 – ownership of your project with significant responsibilities from the beginning
