- Superviser les processus prévision (rolling forecast, budget, plan moyen terme, etc).
- Collaborer avec les autres départements pour assurer une gestion financière efficace et cohérente.
- Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus financiers et des systèmes de contrôle interne.

Rattaché(e) au Directeur(trice) Administratif et Financier, vous serez responsable de piloter des projets stratégiques qui contribueront de manière significative à la structuration et à l'amélioration de la performance financière de la GBU Espace de Safran Electronics & Defense. Dans un contexte de forte croissance organique et de changements de périmètre (acquisitions, fusions, restructurations, etc.), vous serez au cœur des activités de M&A et d'intégration, garantissant l'optimisation des processus et la performance des équipes financières.
Vos principales responsabilités seraient :
Job Requirements
Vous avez piloté avec succès des transformations ou des projets majeurs et aimez être dans l'opérationnel. Vous êtes issu-e d'une formation de niveau bac+5 d'une école de commerce ou ingénieur généraliste et disposez d'une expérience significative en contrôle de gestion / contrôle financier dans des organisations complexes et internationales. Vous avez d'excellentes compétences analytiques et capacité à interpréter des données financières complexes. Vous avez des compétences en pilotage de projet et conduite du changement et avez une bonne connaissance d'environnements industriels variés.
Vous êtes reconnu-e pour les compétences transverses suivantes :
Vous avez un bon niveau d'anglais et aimez travailler dans un environnement international, très ouvert et exigeant. Une certification GreenBelt ou la maîtrise des méthodologies associées au lean serait un plus apprécié.
