Description

As Service Engineer in our Lifecycle Services Division you will hold the key responsibility of executing and supervising ALMACO service interventions.

Additionally, you will also hold the following specific responsibilities:

Conduct onboard visits to assess inquiries and help customers express their needs.
Participate, with Maintenance Coordinators, in the planning of interventions.
Perform service interventions with ALMACO families of products (Catering and Accommodation)
Training maintenance and operative staff on board
Support Spare Parts and Product Divisions
Participate in Lifecycle Services portfolio development (Maintenance kits database, installation kits, digital tools content, reports, planning, etc.)

To be successful in this position, we will need to have

Good knowledge and experience of ALMACO families of products (Catering and Accommodation)
Fluent English
Interpersonal communication and cooperation skills
Customer care skills
Knowledge of company quality system and processes
Marine/Offshore market knowledge a plus
Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Project
