YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

This internship will take place in Paris (75), in our superb HQ, as of August 2023.

To thrive in your missions, your coach (aka your manager) at Danone, Mihaela, Organization Development Director, will help you cross the finish line:

Global Organization Development team is looking for a junior colleague that would proactively assist with organization effectiveness projects analytics and countries animation & support on HR system digitalization.


Missions:

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Communicate with and assist countries in data quality review and consistency in OrgVue.
  • Build and present organization effectiveness analytics for assigned projects and functions.

THE BONUS OF THIS INTERNSHIP:


  • Up to 2 days/week of homeworking
  • You will receive a gratification from 1 300€ (Bachelor or gap year) to 1 500€ gross/month (Master 2)
About you


You are a champion:


  • With an economics education background
  • Available from August'24 for a 6month contract
  • With Strong analytical skills
  • Understanding IT systems and at ease operating in them (preferably HR yet any other domain can represent transferable skills)
  • With Interpersonal skills capacity to engage diverse colleagues across cultures
  • Which pay attention to details and data quality
  • Fluent in English as a day to day working language
