Description
The scope of this internship will allow you to support & lead various activities in Customer Experience.

CE Europe Marketing Operation Team is responsible of operational marketing activities for 19 countries.

To support these activities, the main scopes of work are:


  • GDPR Compliance & Data management:
Ensure the Data completion and quality and its legal compliance within storage environment.

CRM:

Support definition of targeting strategy within Customer journey, product launch timeline and broadcast the Omni-channels campaigns.

Loyalty and Lead Management:

Support Loyalty and Lead management operational activities of the team.


Main Tasks & Responsibilities
-
Loyalty and Lead Management : support in operational functions of the team such as keeping track of markets' feedback and requirements in terms of Loyalty and Lead management activities.


Required Profile
-
Good verbal/written communication skills, and excellent relationship skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

Fluency in English is mandatory. French is a plus
:

Knowledge in marketing and reporting tools is a plus
:

Knowledge in Database and data usage is an asset and will be appreciated
